Complaints
If for any reason anyone has a problem, a concern or wish to make a complaint about Kiddywinks or something connected to it they should follow these guidelines.
The first action would be to speak to your child’s Kiddylink.
If you feel you would like to take your point further, please do this in writing and speak to the Manager.
If you still feel unhappy with the situation then please do not hesitate in seeing the owner, Sarah Silvester.
If however you feel you would like to take this further then again please feel free to express any concern you have, at any time to our governing body, OFSTED.
Any complaint will be dealt with by a manager or by Sarah Silvester in writing within 28 days.
Again if for any reason a parent or guardian has a grievance with any member of staff they should always discuss their concerns with that member of staff who will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, if the situation is not resolved either the staff member or carer should approach Sarah who will then deal with the situation without delay.
