Sarah Silvester is the owner and founder of Kiddywinks and set up North Devon Childcare Limited in 2004. Having worked in childcare since 1998 she amassed a depth of knowledge and expertise that she continues to have great pleasure in sharing with her colleagues to help continually improve provision.
A nursery is only ever as good as its staff and Kiddywinks is proud of the expertise and knowledge that our practitioners bring to the setting. Our staff our encouraged to think about their own professional development and are supported in completing further study. We are dedicated to training our staff so they can reach their full potential and enable your child to reach theirs.
