Inclusion
Kiddywinks will provide high quality care to all children without regard to race, gender, physical or emotional needs.
We have appointed a Special Educational Needs/Disability Coordinator (SENDCO), a carefully selected member of our team, who has already undertaken special training or is currently in the process of training for this important role. The management of Kiddywinks nursery will provide full support to the member of staff who is given this role.
We are aware of the need of extra support that a child with special educational needs or disabilities may require, in this situation financial planning will allow the employment of extra staff to cover the specialist care required.
We endeavor to operate a service, which is inclusive to all. We recognise that some children have special needs. As a nursery we play a crucial part in children’s education. Kiddywinks will provide high quality care to all children without regard to race, gender, physical or emotional needs.
